Return & Refund Policy

If you are not fully happy with your purchase, we provide a simple and transparent return and refund process to ensure a worry-free shopping experience.
Return Window
Customers have up to 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return.
Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted.
Return Method
All returns must be sent by mail to the return address provided by our support team.
We currently do not accept in-person returns or drop-offs.
Return Eligibility
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We do not provide prepaid return labels or free return shipping at this time.
Customer Responsibility for Incorrect Orders
If an order is placed incorrectly due to customer error (wrong product, size, color, or quantity), the responsibility lies with the customer.
In such cases, actual shipping charges (both initial and return, if applicable) will be the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds will only be issued for the product cost after deducting applicable shipping fees.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days and issued to the original payment method.
Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different item, please return your product and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery). We will review your claim and may request photos of the item for verification.
In such cases, return shipping costs may be covered by us.
A replacement or full refund will be issued once the issue is confirmed.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company or payment provider — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
